ERU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

2^nd Poster presentation of the ERU FEAS students will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, between 13:00-17:00 in the lobby of our faculty conference hall. Poster presentations that our undergraduate students can prepare from their graduation thesis and TUBITAK 2209 A/B projects that are eligible for support should be prepared in the following standarts and delivered to the Student Projects Guidance Office by 17:00 on Friday, June 16, 2023. Students who want to participate in the poster presentation exhibition should first contact with their academic advisors and then submit their work to the Student Projects Guidance Office on the specified dates.   

Poster Presentation Features

• Which works can participate in the poster presentation exhibition?

              -  Graduation thesis submitted in the fall or spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.

              -  TUBITAK 2209 A/B student projects which are entitled to be supported in the 1^st and 2^nd semesters of 2022. 

• Posters should be prepared with colour printouts in at least A1 (60 cm x 84 cm) size.
• It is the students' responsibility to design and print out the posters.
• The content of the poster may include sections such as the purpose, importance, method, and results of the study.
• Poster presentations mush have Erciyes University and Erciyes University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences logos.
• Poster presentations must include the names of the students who prepared the study and the academic advisior.
• In the poster presentations prepared within the scope of TUBITAK Student projects, it should be stated in the presentation that the study was prepared with the support of TUBITAK.
• A copy of the posters prepared in .jpg or .png format should be submitted to the Student Projects Guidance Office.
• After the exhibition, posters will remain in the possession of the Student Projects Guidance Office to be archived.
• The application deadline is Friday, June 16, 2023, at 17:00.
