Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, with the decision of Council of Higher Education, 2019-2020 Academic Year Spring Semester courses started to be run remotely through the Erciyes University Course Materials System (ERUDM). The courses taken by our students are defined into the system by the ERÜ Information Technologies Center. Our students can log in to this system as described below.
- ERUDM website address: erudm.erciyes.edu.tr
- The e-mail address and password you will use to log into the system is as follows:
e-MAIL: 1020XXXXXX@erciyes.edu.tr (your 10-digit student number@erciyes.edu.tr)
PASSWORD: You can use the same password as your WEBMAIL password.
- If you do not know your WEBMAIL password, you can create a password with a one-time password sent to your mobile phone. To do this, follow the path below:
- First, enter the WEBMAIL website webmail.erciyes.edu.tr/
- On the page that opens, click the "I don't know my password" link.
- Then, write your e-mail address in the login section (your 10-digit student number@erciyes.edu.tr)
- Enter your mobile phone number with 11 digits starting with 05 and continue and press the SMS request button on page 2.
- In the new window that opens, you can create your WEBMAIL password by typing the 6-digit one-time password that comes to your mobile phone.
- The password you will create must contain at least 8 digits of letters, numbers and special characters.
- If you are having problems with creating a WEBMAIL password, your current mobile phone number is probably not registered in the system. You can update your current mobile phone number in the system through the SAIS system. To update your mobile phone information, follow the steps below:
- First, login to SAIS website obisis.erciyes.edu.tr/
- After logging in with your student number and SAIS password, click on the "Update Information" tab on the menu.
- Your mobile phone information on this page may not be up to date or it may not be entered as 11 digits starting with 05.
- After filling in the blank or incorrect information on this page with your current information (fill in the post-graduation fields), press the confirm button. IMPORTANT: Enter your mobile phone number as 11 digits starting with 05.
- This update process will be active after 1 hour. Therefore, wait 1 hour after this step.
- After waiting 1 hour, you can create your WEBMAIL password as described in step 3.
- After creating your WEBMAIL password, you can now use this password both to login to your WEBMAIL account and to follow your lessons through ERUDM.
- After logging into ERUDM with your newly created password as described in step 2, you will see a list of the courses you have taken this semester. You will be able to follow the lessons and course materials on this page.
