ERU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

Erciyes University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Students 3rd Poster Presentation Exhibition will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, between 13.00 and 17.00 in the conference hall lobby of our faculty. Poster presentations of our undergraduate students' final papers and TUBITAK 2209 A/B projects that are eligible for support must be prepared under the following standards and submitted to the Student Projects Guidance Office by Monday, May 27, 2024, at 17.00 at the latest. Our students who want to participate in the poster presentation exhibition must first contact their academic advisors and then submit their prepared works to the Student Projects Guidance Office on the specified dates.

Poster Presentation Features

• Which works can participate in the poster presentation exhibition?

1. Final papers submitted in the Fall or Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year,

2. TUBITAK 2209 A/B Student Projects that are eligible to be supported in the 1st and 2nd semesters of 2023.

• Posters must be prepared by printing in color at least A1 (60cm x 84cm) size.
• It is the responsibility of the students to design and print the posters.
• The poster content may include sections such as the purpose, importance, method, and results of the study.
• It is mandatory to include Erciyes University and ERU FEAS logos in poster presentations.
• Poster presentations must include the names of the students who prepared the work and the academic advisor.
• It should be stated in an appropriate location of the poster presentations prepared within the scope of TÜUBITAK Student projects that the study was prepared with the support of TUBITAK.
• A copy of the prepared poster designs in .jpg or .png format should be sent to the Student Projects Guidance Office.
• After the exhibition, the posters will remain in the Student Projects Guidance Office to be archived.
• The application deadline is Monday, May 27, 2024 at 17.00.
