The adjustment process will be carried out as follows.
Stage 1
Students who will apply for an adjustment will submit their transcripts to their departments, which they will obtain from other universities where they took courses in the summer school. Students can deliver these documents either by hand or by e-mail to the related department secretariats. Transcripts to be sent via e-mail must be electronically signed. Electronic signed transcripts will be sent to the following e-mail addresses of the relevant department personnel:

Stage 2
Transcripts approved by the department heads will be forwarded to the Registrar's Office. From this stage on, the students will start the adjustment process through OBİSİS.
