As stated by the Council of Higher Education, the theoretical courses of the spring term will continue to be given as distance education until the end of the semester, and applied courses and exams will be held face-to-face in the summer term. Detailed information about the process will be given on the web page of our university, the web pages of the faculties and the related departments. These announcements should be followed carefully.
The common courses (Atatürk's Principles and History of Turkish Revolution, Turkish Language, Foreign Language courses) given over ERUZEM at our university will continue to be processed synchronously on ERUZEM as before.
The preparatory class courses given within the School of Foreign Languages and Faculty of Theology will start to be given synchronously on ERUZEM as of 06 April 2020. After the preparations on this subject are completed, detailed information will be given by ERUZEM Directorate.
The course format on the distance education portal https://erudm.erciyes.edu.tr/ is asynchronous, you can access the materials of the relevant courses, interact with the instructors, you will be able to install applications such as homework and etc.
Course curricula will be followed weekly during this period where attendance is not required. Due to the flexible platform opportunity, you will have the opportunity to log in to the system at your convenient time during that week, examine the course contents and take action. You can also contact the department / program chairs if you need.
Although distance education processes are known for our universities, transferring all courses to this platform may bring some problems. In order to keep these problems to a minimum, all our academic and administrative staff make the maximum effort. We will overcome unexpected situations with patience and understanding.
We wish you an efficient and healthy distance education process and wish you success.
