• Thesis-based master's graduates from the departments of Public Administration, Political Science, Political Science and Public Administration, and Urban and Regional Planning, as well as from departments within Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Political Sciences, Law, Communication, Human and Social Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, Science and Letters, Theology, Language History and Geography, Applied Sciences, and from sub-disciplines of the Institute of Security Sciences may apply to the doctoral programme.

• An oral interview (in-person) will be conducted for both the thesis-based master's and doctoral programmes. No written examination or interview will be applied for the non-thesis master's programme.

• The non-thesis master's programme is fee-bearing.
