Department of Business, founded in 1977, provides students with theoretical and practical background in a variety of fields related to accounting, finance, production management, marketing, management and organization, quantitative methods, and legal sciences. The length of undergraduate Business program is five years, including English preparation program in the first year of study. Students can also take various English courses throughout their studies.

Our aim is to enable our students to acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge required for professional business life. In line with this purpose, we serve students with our 30 academics -11 professors, 4 associate professors, 6 assistant professors, 3 lecturers, and 6 research assistants. We offer evening classes as well as daytime classes. Currently, we have a total of 1055 students enrolled in daytime (633 students) and evening (422 students) programs.

Our graduate students get jobs, particularly at managerial levels, both in private and public sector in numerous fields such as marketing, public relations, foreign trade, human resources management, banking, finance, certified councillorship, and accounting. Besides, a considerable amount of our students launch their own businesses.
